On August 14, 2006, Dr. James E. Hansen, Director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies testified in the case of the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers et. al. v. the Secretary of Vermont, Agency of Natural Resources et. al. with regard to climate change.
