Members Of The U.S. House Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Caucus The House Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucus is currently comprised the following Members who have expressed an interest in clean energy technologies. While the Caucus is not a voting block, nor does it sponsor or lobby for specific legislation, it is an effective vehicle for disseminating information about renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. The U.S. House Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucus was established in 1996 as a bi-partisan forum discussing and disseminating information about renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. The Caucus serves as an effective vehicle for disseminating information about renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. It is not a voting block, nor does it sponsor or lobby for specific legislation. It does, however, help Representatives take an interest in clean energy and provide information that may assist them in leading clean energy legislation or program funding efforts.
